The History behind Stuart Ice Makers

Stuart Ice Makers began development of its revolutionary evaporator plate in 1988. This evaporator plate is the first of its kind in the world, being double sided producing the most energy efficient cube ice in half the space of other ice makers. In 1989, Stuart Ice Makers went into the production with its first model and now has a range from 20kg per day to 2000kg per day.

Stuart Icemakers are the first to offer a warranty of two years on parts and labour and a LIFE TIME warranty on the electronic controls.

Peter Stuart and Chris Warncken Co-Directors, have between them over 60 years experience in the development and manufacture of ice cube makers.

Stuart Ice Makers now export to England, Turkey, Vietnam, New Zealand, New Guinea and the Pacific Islands.

In 2001, Stuart Ice makers acquired Ice Machines & Dispensing Equipment P/L, the leading ice maker sales and service company in Queensland and formed Ice Machines Qld.

Stuart Ice Makers also:

a) Distributes the world renowned HOWE range of ice flakers which range from 500kg
per day to 20 tonnes per day in either fresh or sea water, and land base or ship board.

b) Distributes Shurflo - Beverage and Beer Pump products.

c) Manufactures specialised Stainless Steel fittings for the beverage industries.

d) Distributes Everpure Water Filters.
